The rules for using ivoraTV, in plain English.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ivoraTV website and services (the “Service”), operated by ivoraTV (“ivoraTV”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in the United States. By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The Service

ivoraTV provides subscription access to live television channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet, for personal and non-commercial use. Channel line-ups, content and features may change from time to time, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel, program or event will always be available.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Plans are sold for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the price shown at checkout.
  • Payments are made by credit or debit card and are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions do not renew automatically; you can purchase a new period at any time.
  • Prices may change for future purchases. Any change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Activation and account

After payment, your access details are sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you provide. You are responsible for keeping these details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, sell, resell, rent or redistribute your access details or the content made available through the Service;
  • use the Service on more simultaneous connections than your plan allows;
  • record, rebroadcast, publicly display or use the content for commercial purposes;
  • attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload our systems;
  • use the Service in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is permitted by the laws of the place where you use it.

6. Devices, apps and internet connection

The Service works on compatible devices using supported player applications. You are responsible for your device, the apps you install and your internet connection. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Streaming quality can be affected by your network, device or internet provider.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. Our support team is available by email and WhatsApp to help you.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms (including sharing or reselling access), if we detect fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The ivoraTV name, logo, website design and text are our property or used under license. Content made available through the Service belongs to its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ivoraTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ivoraTV is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
